These are the three dishes I made from the one day gourmet cooking lesson at The Saigon Cooking Class. Thanks to chief Khang who took us shopping for fresh ingredients and showed us the authentic techniques.
I can cook!!!
*fresh prawn and pork summer rolls

*lotus, prawn and chicken rice wrapped in fragrant lotus flower

*green papaya salad with marinaded grilled chicken.
