I end my culinary Vietnam trip in Hanoi, capital and birth place of the infamous Pho, which is as Vietnamese as you get.
Today, Mrs Lan took us to Chau Long market where we bought ingredients for our cooking lesson. I had a wonderful insightful afternoon learning to make the following:
